Digital Literacy for All
Project Launch: 1-9-24
With $5,995.00 funds from World Connect, PEAK Computer Hub is to provide a comprehensive three-month intensive training program in digital marketing, programming, and data analysis to 100 girls in Kaduna. The project is expected to empower these young women with essential digital skills, opening doors to new opportunities and equipping them for success in an increasingly digital world and bridge the gender gap in the technology sector. After the training is done at the hub, the hub will be handed over to the school to be used in teaching computer and digital literacy skills with a curriculum developed by the local community organization. In addition to that, top 10 performing girls will be assisted with computer sets to use in advancing their new learned skills.
