S. U Production Company is working to install at least two Smart Cassava Processing Factories that will support local women cassava farmers. The processing facilities will be equipped with machinery that will simplify the physically taxing process of manually peeling and then processing cassava. The cassava peels will be purchased by S.U Production Company and converted into livestock feed called CASPEM (Cassava Peel Meal) for feedingcattle and goats, generating more income for the women.
