Procurement for 25 School Desk for Mwale primary school

Mwale Village Development Committee will use a $980.39 grant to procure 25 desks for Mwale Primary School in Mdeka Village, located in Traditional Authority Mwankhunikira in Rumphi District. The school has inadequate desks with only 35 desks for Standard 8 class and the rest of the classes sitting on floors. This situation affects attendance more especially during the rainy season as class floors are wet and not conducive for pupils to learn in. The addition of 25 new desks will help alleviate the problem
