Renovating Collége Rural de Koimbani
Project Launch: 7-26-17
Collége Rural de Koimbani in Koimbani Oichili is seeking to repair and renovate its aging building so that it is redesigned for safety, health, and instructional flexibility. Learning in the classroom requires a reasonable level of concentration, listening, writing, and reading. Because of this, individual facilities need to be evaluated, not only about how they meet ever-changing educational requirements but about whether they comply with environmental requirements for the health, safety, and security of students and faculty. This project will enable students and teachers to take back not only the intellectual learning environment, but also the physical space. Through the renovation of classroom ceilings, school bathrooms, the addition of new classroom furniture, and a collaborative final mural, the community will remove obvious obstacles that prevent students from achieving.
