Lepia Community Fish Processing Technology Project

Lepia Fish Sellers Association will utilize a $2,500.00 World Connect Investment to implement the Fish Processing Technology Project in Lepia community located in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos state. Implementation of Solar powered fish kilns is a sustainable and efficient solution for processing and preserving the post-harvest catches. The project will directly have an enormous positive impact on the community in terms of increase in income, alleviation of poverty, woman empowerment, increase in girl child education and reduction in environmental pollution, increase in productivity and reduction in health hazards. This project will serve the community to make more revenue and create job opportunities among others.
