Community-Based Lifestyle Medicine Initiative at Montefiore/Einstein (C-LIME) - Mosholu Montefiore Community Center seeks to center Bronx community health and needs by piloting a comprehensive lifestyle medicine program at three high needs public schools as a means to promote health equity and to empower healing for the Bronx Community, by the Bronx community.
