Project Launch: 12-7-21
Karonga Scouts intends to use $8,464.74 to construct a solar powered library and literacy hub targeting deaf students at Karonga School for the Deaf. The hub will be holding reading sessions, host creative writing workshops and story writing competitions to spur the reading and writing culture among the students. The school has been performing abysmally in Primary School Leaving Certificate Examinations due to lack of reading and practice space.
