Entrepreneurial and Vocational Skills Training in Santrokofi
Project Launch: 8-15-18
This project aimed at providing vital focused skills training to empower less privileged youth (especially young girls and women) in rural Ghana. Many school dropouts, orphans, poor girls, and young women do not have access to equipped facilities to receive training in valuable trades and skills. These subpopulations are often deprived of various learning and income-earning opportunities that could improve their social status and living conditions. This program designed to help these vulnerable population develop their livelihoods, combatting discrimination and structural violence through education, skills education, and employment opportunities. This will equip them with employable skills needed for self-reliance and sustenance.
